His background combines finance leadership roles with hands-on client advisory services across businesses in multiple sectors and geographies.

Susan Marano
Head of Bookkeeping
Susan leads bookkeeping operations at Rowan, overseeing day-to-day financial accuracy, reconciliations and month-end reporting. She works closely with clients to ensure records are maintained properly and financial information stays current throughout the year.
Known for her consistency and attention to detail, Susan brings over 35 years financial control experience in helping clients stay organized, tax-ready and confident in their numbers. Her approach is calm, dependable and focused on building long-term client relationships.
Geraldine Lenihan
Head of Client Services
Geraldine leads client services at Rowan and acts as a central point of contact for onboarding, communication and ongoing support. She works closely with business owners to ensure clients feel supported, informed and looked after throughout the process.
Her focus is on responsiveness, trust and making financial support feel approachable and straightforward. Geraldine brings over 35 years experience in creating the relationship-first experience that sits at the center of Rowan’s approach.
